Shipping

Due to the United States Postal Service's price increases implemented on January 9, 2022, all orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $9.45 for USPS Priority Mail. Our flat rate rises as the USPS raises the rate of postage and shipping.

 

Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days, and longer during the winter holiday season or when there are extreme weather conditions, depending on destination.

 

We process orders during our store hours. We ship everything with United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail.

 

     Please support the United States Postal Service, and register to vote!

 

We will not be offering expedited shipping or International Shipping, until further notice.

Return/Exchange Basics:

 

You may exchange an item for something else or you may have a store credit. We do not offer refunds. 

 

The item must be in its original condition, with packaging and tags still attached, and accompanied with the original or a photocopy of the sales receipt or gift receipt.
 
Items that have been worn, used, washed or are dirty, or are scented with perfume, smoke, or any other fragrances, will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
 
Undergarments, socks, leggings, body care items, hemp oil products, food items, calendars, date books, and discounted items may not be returned.

 

Return/Exchange for purchases made in our shop:

You have 7 days to return an item for an exchange or store credit.
 
If you must ship the item to the shop, we ask that you call or email us first. Let us check to see if the item you would like as an exchange is in-stock or expected shortly so that we can put it on hold for you.
 
We cannot offer reimbursement for your cost to ship an item to us.
 
There will be an additional charge of $9.45 for shipping an exchanged item to you. Please include a check or money order for that amount when you send your item back to us.

Return/Exchange for online purchases:

For purchases made on our website, we give you 7 days from the time your package was delivered to your address to contact us and begin the exchange process.
 
We ask that you call or email directly to begin the exchange, rather than using social media messaging or some other form of communication. Let us check to see if the item you would like as an exchange is in-stock or expected shortly so that we can put it on hold for you.
 
There is an additional charge of $9.45 for shipping an exchanged item to you. Please include a check or money order with your returned item.
 
Let us know if you'll be in town at some point and you would like to pick up your exchange in the shop.
 
We cannot offer reimbursement for your shipping cost to send your item back to us, unless we have made a mistake on your order.
 
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please call us immediately. If you are able, please send a photo of the item by email. If we cannot replace the item, we will refund your purchase.
