Return/Exchange Policy

We ask that you call us before you send back any items you may need to return. You may also take a picture of the item and attach it to an email listing your concerns.

For purchases made in our shop, you have 7 days for an exchange or store credit.

We no longer offer refunds.

For purchases made on our website, we give you 7 additional days. So for online purchases, you have two weeks from the date of purchase to ship the item back to our shop.

Items must be in original condition, with packaging and tags still attached, and accompanied with the sales receipt.

Items that have been worn or used may not be returned, unless there is a clear manufacturing flaw, within a reasonable amount of time. (Wear and tear with normal use does not constitute a manufacturing flaw.)

Items that have been washed, are soiled, or are scented with perfume, smoke, or any other fragrances will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

Discounted items may not be returned for any reason.

Undergarments, leggings, socks, and body care products may not be returned for any reason. Please contact the manufacturer if the product has flaws.

Body care products and calendars (or date books) are not returnable for any reason.

For online purchases:

If you received an item that was damaged in transit, if you can, send a photo attached to an email. Or, just send the item back to us.

If we can't replace the item, we will refund your payment plus the cost of shipping it back to us. If we can replace the item, we will refund the cost of shipping it back to us.

We cannot refund original shipping charges.

You have two weeks from the date of purchase to let us know if you need to exchange the item.

There will be an additional shipping charge for an exchanged item that is to be shipped away from our store. (Let us know if you'll be in town and you'd like to just pick up your exchange.)
