Shipping & Returns
General Shipping Information
Our standard method of shipping is the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail. This way we can track your order, and it's (usually) very fast.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination.
Small orders can be mailed First Class. You may elect to have your small purchase sent by either First Class or Priority as you check out.
If you require expedited shipping, please call the store to place your order.
Shipping Costs and Timing
We can process orders almost immediately, and ship within 24 hours. (If you place your order between 3 pm Saturday and 9 pm Sunday, it will be processed and shipped Monday morning.)
Priority Mail rates begin at $5.
The US Postal Service generally guarantees delivery within 3-5 business days on domestic Priority packages.
All orders for $100 or more are insured, with the exception of gift certificates, as we cannot file a claim for a gift card if it is lost in the mail.
After your order has been processed for shipping, if the cost of shipping is less than what the website has calculated, we will refund you that difference.
International Shipping
We will ship international orders with the international version of the US Postal Service's Priority Mail Service, which may take 6-10 business days for arrival into the country. Actual delivery may be delayed by Customs Inspection.
International Priority Mail begins at $15.
How We Ship Different Types of Items
Items that will fit in a flat or padded envelope can be shipped First Class mail, but you may choose Priority Mail at check-out. (Small items that fit into plain envelopes or padded envelopes include bumper stickers, buttons, postcards, and other small or flat items.)
Clothing, bags, paper products, etc, ship via USPS Priority Mail. Rates start at $5.
Posters ship separately when ordered with other items. The cost of shipping has been billed into the price of the poster. If you order more that one poster, they may be rolled together and shipped in one package. In this case, you will be refunded for partial shipping. If you order one or more posters, in addition to other items, additional shipping will be charged for the other items, as they must be shipped separately.
Return/Exchange Policy
We ask that you call us before you send back any items you may need to return.
You may exchange items within thirty days of purchase date, or receive a store credit.
You may receive a refund in the form of the original payment within seven days of the purchase date.
We will not accept an item that has been worn, washed, used, or if it has the scent of cigarettes, perfume or any other odors.
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please send it back to us. If we can't replace the item, we will refund your payment plus the cost of shipping it back to us. If we can replace the item, we will refund your cost of shipping it back to us.
Discounted items may not be returned for any reason. (This is why we encourage trying on clothes, and why we discourage buying sale items as gifts.)
We cannot refund original shipping charges.
There is an additional shipping charge for an exchanged item that is to be shipped away from our store. (Let us know if you'll be in town and you'd like to just pick up your exchange.)
Undergarments, socks, body care products may not be returned for any reason, due to public health and safety issues.
